Continuing to see temperatures sitting above average for this time year for the first half of the work week. Expecting a cool down to arrive for the weekend, dropping temperatures down to the 20s. None of the weather models are showing any significant snowfall in the next four days in our area of northern Wisconsin. A few scattered light snow showers moving over Northeast Wisconsin early Monday. Otherwise, some clouds will mix with sunshine for the day with winds turning breezy by the afternoon from the northwest. High temperatures remain above average, around the mid to upper 30s.
Long Range Forcast 5-10 Day
The next weather maker arriving late Wednesday into early Thursday. A cold front will usher through the state overnight, sparking some scattered snow showers in the region. It is possible to see a mix of precipitation to start late Wednesday, but as temperatures cool down overnight, precipitation will switchover to snowfall. Be on the lookout for slippery spots on the roads for the Thursday morning commute. Clouds breaking for some sun, breezy, and cool Thursday afternoon. Highs around 30.
Chilly air follows in the wake of the front for Friday and into the upcoming holiday weekend. Temperatures will likely return to normal for this time of the year. Clouds and breezy on Friday with highs in the mid 20s. Mostly cloudy and breezy Saturday with highs in the low to mid 20s. More clouds than sun next Sunday, high in the upper 20s. But no major snow is in the forecast through next weekend.
