Snow Train

A low pressure system moves in from the southwest. This weather system will bring some light snow to the area on Wednesday evening and Wednesday night. Snow could accumulate 3 to 5 inches in Vilas county, with higher snow totals close to the boarder, lower totals toward the south.

Things will quiet down on Thursday and Friday with another clipper system coming to the area on Saturday bringing the chance for another 2-4 inches during the day.

Colder weather will develop late in the weekend and into early next week. We will have a good amount of sunshine during this time frame but you will need to bundle up. Highs will be in the upper teens on Sunday and in the low to mid teens on Monday and Tuesday.
